Our Saviour shares with us the only prayer He taught us, the Lord's Prayer.
This prayer of course is an essential part of the mass, of the Rosary, and many other prayer methods.
In our gospel today note what Jesus says before He shares the prayer: "For your Father knows who you need before you ask Him".
We need today to ponder and pray with that statement. God does know our needs - which often are different than what we want.
Keep that in mind. God does know we need in advance. Trust what Jesus says about this. And then pray, "Our Father, who art in heaven ..."
